He added the Season Pass to his account on the PS4. In fact, he cannot see any M rated games. I've lifted all of his restrictions in the Family Management section on the PS4 but he still cannot see the M Rated games. Is there any way to fix this?

The account recognises the date of birth, so whilst lifting all restrictions it allows your son to play any age rated games on disc, however all digital content is restricted due to his date of birth on the account.

However I am surprised that the Season Pass has been able to have been redeemed on his account as it is also M rated so this shouldn't have been possible. Are you sure its been redeemed on his account?

I agree, Sony should not have let a minor account purchase M rated content. Yet they did, he paid for it, and now cannot download what he paid for. Sony support is taking the position this is a Ubisoft issue not saying I agree , and is unwilling to do anything further.

As the purchase was made through Sony, we aren't able to refund or move the content in any way. As you say you likely shouldn't have been able to make that purchase. The issue may have been that the Season Pass and other DLC content does not carry the same Age restriction as the game, as in general Season Passes don't come with content such as this.
